Dear Hunter is made up of an ever changing collection of artists and theatre makers. Since 2016 we have collaborated in a myriad of spaces; disused buildings, abandoned beer cellars, and the great outdoors, to create unusual and robust work.

We like theatre that is immediate and intense, which stretches the audience and includes them as necessary elements in the construction and dismantling of the experience. Come to a Dear Hunter show and you may experience bright colour, big characters and brash comedy, or on another day something more elusive and minimal. But you’ll always be co-creators of the work.

As well as touring the country, we develop productions that are rooted in their community and have a focus on site-specific projects.
